1. Company information

Testmottagningen.se is operated by Testmottagningen Sweden AB, Själagårdsgatan 9, 111 31 Stockholm, Sweden, (org nr 556983-2750). Testmottagningen Sweden AB is a registered healthcare provider and is under the supervision of the Swedish Health and Social Care Inspectorate (IVO).

2. Your privacy

We protect your privacy and process all personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Patient Data Act.

When you use our services, we collect and process personal data that is necessary for the provision of the service, for example, during booking, sampling, delivery of results and support. Certain data is shared with partners such as laboratories, clinics and system suppliers for the performance of the service. These actors may be data processors or independent data controllers depending on the nature of the processing.

For privacy and security reasons, we cannot offer the service to persons with protected personal data (privacy marking, protected population registration or fictitious personal data).

3. Services

Testmottagningen.se offers services in areas such as blood sampling, biomedical blood analysis and imaging as well as issuing test results with medical assessment and, if necessary, follow-up conversations.

Testmottagningen.se reserves the right to any errors in the information on Testmottagningen.se. In order to use the service, you must have a Swedish personal identity number or coordination number from the Swedish Tax Agency and that you are 18 years or older (adult).

All tests, examinations and sampling offered through Testmottagningen.se may only be conducted on persons who are 18 years of age or older.

The services are not intended for emergency conditions and do not replace physical emergency care or regular health care. In case of emergency, you should always contact 112 or the nearest emergency department. If you have symptoms, have concerns about your health condition or suspect illness, you should primarily contact regular or emergency health care, depending on the nature and severity of the complaint.

The results of blood tests, imaging or other examinations provided through the service may be complementary to medical assessment, but are not sufficient on their own to determine whether you are healthy or ill. The service should therefore not be used as the sole basis for medical decisions or to refrain from seeking medical care. You are responsible for seeking regular or emergency care if necessary.

Test results and results are presented digitally, the service used to present test results is called zample™, (app.zample.com). To access the results of the sampling/survey, you need to have an account in zample™. The account in zample™ is free. 4. Pricing and liability

The service is priced in Swedish kronor (SEK) and Testmottagningen.se reserves the right to adjust the prices at any time.

Our prices for health tests, health checks and sampling fees apply even if sampling could not be performed or if the analysis could not be completed at the chosen local laboratory or one of our affiliated partners, including when purchasing a code used as a gift card.

We also offer health screenings, including but not limited to ECG, ultrasound and MRI scans, and the same pricing conditions apply to these screenings.

Testmottagningen.se is not responsible for technical faults or other disturbances that occur in laboratories or caregivers used for sampling, examination and/or analysis.Our ambition is to deliver test results and medical opinions within the specified time, but in some cases – for example in case of heavy loads, unforeseen events or during holiday seasons – feedback may take longer than expected.

No visit

If you have booked an appointment for sampling or examination at one of our affiliated care providers but do not show up, and have not cancelled according to the care provider's applicable cancellation policy, Testmottagningen.se is entitled to charge you full fee for the no-show.

Please note that each caregiver or sampling unit applies its own cancellation policy and you are responsible for reading these terms and conditions when booking.

Testmottagningen.se complies with the Consumer Sales Act (2022:260).

5. Payment and fees

When you shop at Testmottagningen, you pay safely and easily via Kustom.

For gift cards, health tests and health checks with sampling at affiliated local laboratories, payment is made online at Testmottagningen.se in connection with your order.

For each order and sampling occasion, an administrative sampling fee may apply, depending on the selected service and order value, in which case the fee will be the same regardless of how many health markers are included in your order.

Via Kustom, different payment options can be offered, such as direct payment, card payment, Swish, invoice and partial payment.

If you choose to pay by invoice or instalment, the credit can be provided by Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, in which case Klarna is responsible for credit assessment and the conditions that apply to each payment option.

Complete and current terms and conditions for the payment options provided by Klarna can be found at Klarna.

Kustom is free to use and any fees or costs associated with payment are set out in the terms of the payment option you choose.

6. Booking and activation of e-referral

After completing your purchase, you will receive an email from us with a unique code, which is used to activate your referral through your zample™ account (app.zample.com).

The code can also be transferred and used as a gift card.For more information, see the section on gift cards below.

We reserve the right to change or cancel an order in exceptional cases if we are unable to deliver the service as promised, for example in case of technical errors, incorrect pricing information or circumstances beyond our control.

Should this occur, we will contact you as soon as possible by email and/or phone and offer a refund or alternative solution.

7. Validity of referral

After purchase, you will receive a code that is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase and needs to be used to activate your referral through your zample™ account.

Once activated, the referral is valid for an additional five (5) months from the date of activation.

This means that you need to perform your sampling within five months of the referral being activated.

If the referral is not activated within three (3) months, or if sampling is not carried out within five (5) months of activation, the purchase expires and the referral expires.

8. Medical assessment, radiology and division of responsibilities

When you purchase an imaging examination, such as MRI, CT/DT or ultrasound, a referral will be issued by our doctors after consultation. The examination is carried out only after medical assessment by the receiving radiological care provider. Testmottagningen.se cooperates with external radiological care providers, such as Unilabs and Evidia.

The receiving radiological care provider has full medical responsibility for the examination and, whether privately funded, can:

• approve the referral,
• refuse the referral if the examination is not considered medically justified according to current guidelines; or
• propose another examination method deemed more medically justified.

The examination and radiological opinion are based exclusively on the imaging material included in the present examination.

If an alternative examination is suggested, you will be contacted by a doctor for a review, after which you decide whether to proceed. If you choose a different examination than the one originally purchased, additional costs may apply. Any additional costs will always be communicated in advance and no new survey is conducted without your approval.

If a referral is rejected completely and no alternative study is deemed possible, the cost of the relevant study will be refunded.

The medical feedback provided by the physician at the Test Clinic is based on the written statement issued by the radiological care provider.The Test Clinic does not conduct its own radiological imaging and is not responsible for reinterpreting the radiologist's medical assessment.

The test clinic is not responsible for:

• compare current images with previous studies not explicitly included in the consultation;
• analyze or follow up on previous healthcare contacts, records or treatments from other healthcare providers;
• confirm or dismiss conditions based solely on self-description of symptoms without support in current imaging.

If you wish to take previous imaging material into account, you are responsible for stating this at the time of referral, and it is always the receiving radiological care provider who decides whether such material can be included in the assessment.

Differences between your own opinion of your state of health and the radiologist's medical assessment do not constitute grounds for complaint or refund, provided that the examination has been carried out and the opinion issued in accordance with current medical guidelines. Imaging can identify structural and anatomical findings, but cannot always explain all symptoms or perceived ill health.

9. Test results and imaging

Results from blood tests, imaging examinations and medical opinions are made available digitally via zample™.

Results are published continuously after the analysis or examination has been completed. Processing times may vary depending on the type of examination and the care provider. In case of medical abnormal findings, you can be contacted by phone.

10. Gift card

After purchase, an activation code will be sent via email, which can be transferred and used as a gift card. The code is valid for three (3) months from the date of purchase and must be used to activate the referral via zample™.

After activation, the referral is valid for five (5) months.If the code is not used in time or sampling is not carried out within the validity period, the gift card expires.

The Test Reception is not responsible for lost or stolen codes or gift cards.

Right of withdrawal (30 days)

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 30 days of the date of purchase.

The right of withdrawal applies provided that you have not carried out sampling or examination and that the service has not otherwise begun.

As a starting position, for example:

• sampling or examination has been carried out; or
• analysis/investigation has started in the laboratory/radiology, or
• medical response/opinion has been produced or published (in whole or in part).

If you cancel your purchase in time and the service has not started as described above, we will refund you without undue delay and at the latest within 14 days of receiving your notification, using the same payment method used for the purchase, unless we agree otherwise.

How to cancel

Let us know clearly that you want to cancel the purchase via info@testmottagningen.se and enter the order number so we can find your order.

Complaints and retakes (if sample/examination cannot be performed or analysed)

If you believe that the service you purchased is faulty, or if sampling/investigation/analysis could not be performed as intended, please contact us as soon as possible after you have been informed of the problem.

If blood samples cannot be analysed or the examination cannot be carried out

In some cases, one or more blood samples cannot be analysed or an examination cannot be carried out in full, for example due to the quality of the sample, insufficient sample quantity, handling/transport, technical failures or other circumstances of the external sampling or care unit.

If this occurs, we will primarily offer a free new referral for sampling and/or examination (re-situation), or financial compensation for blood tests.

Limitation of financial compensation

In the situations described above, no financial compensation is payable in addition to a new referral/re-opening free of charge, unless otherwise required by mandatory law; if re-opening is not possible (e.g. if the service can no longer be offered), we may instead offer a refund of the part of the price relating to the part of the service that could not be delivered.

How to complain / request a replacement

Contact us via info@testmottagningen.se and state the order number and a brief description of what happened.

13. Cookies

14. Force Majeure

Force Majeure such as war, major industrial dispute, blockade, fire, environmental disaster, serious contagion or any other extent and/or cause beyond the control of a Party which prevents a Party from fulfilling its obligations and releases a Party from such obligations; such relief shall also apply provided that the activity cannot be conducted under these conditions; the Counterparty shall be immediately informed of circumstances which may apply under this provision.

Swedish law shall apply to all purchases under these terms and conditions.
