Can my test results show if I have cancer?

We do not offer any tests that can be used alone to make a cancer diagnosis. If you are concerned about cancer, it is important that you contact your family doctor for a medical assessment. An investigation into suspected cancer is based on several parts: your medical history, a clinical examination and supplementary tests such as blood tests, imaging tests and sometimes tissue samples.

At our clinic, you can take blood tests to analyze several different tumor markers. We also offer MRI examinations, which can provide additional information if disease is suspected. For example, we offer PSA tests for prostate cancer according to the National Board of Health and Welfare's national guidelines.

Our tests can be a valuable support in an investigation, but the results must always be interpreted by or in consultation with a doctor.
