When can I visit the selected sampling unit to give the blood sample and how long is the validity of the referral?

Your referral is sent electronically to your selected sampling unit and payment is immediately completed when you receive your order confirmation. The referral takes effect immediately and is valid for 5 months from the date of your order and you choose when you want to go to your sampling unit and submit your sample within the validity period.

If you have not had the time or opportunity to submit your test within the validity period of 3 months just contact our customer service and we will help you extend the validity period of the referral, however, this needs to be done before the validity period expires as the referral needs to be active at a change.

The sample collection fee is a fixed cost that refers to the visit to the clinic where you submit your sample. The fee is not affected by how many tests you have ordered, but varies depending on the order value:
