When you have completed your purchase with us, you will receive an email with your order confirmation and another email containing your activation code. You then use the activation code to create your referral in the sample answer service app.zample.com.

We offer payment via card, invoice, account and swish via Klarna Checkout. If you have received a gift card containing an activation code, create an account in zample and activate your referral with the code.

Have you received a gift card as a gift? Then your order and payment are already made and you only need to use the activation code on the gift card to activate your referral in our sample answer service zample™, app.zample.com.

The sample collection fee is a fixed cost that refers to the visit to the clinic where you submit your sample. The fee is not affected by how many tests you have ordered, but varies depending on the order value:

For order values under SEK 350, the sampling fee is SEK 119.
For order values between SEK 350 and SEK 1 000, the fee is SEK 49.

For purchases over 1 000 SEK, the sampling fee is included.
